From Mighty Morphin to Wild Force, these toy lines had very good detail. But some were worse then others. Here's my ratings on the toy lines. They will be rated from 1 to 5 stars. Pictures come from GrnRngr.com's Toy Guide.
First up and most obviously was Mighty Morphin Season 1. This season brought in stuff from the show like the figures, the gear and the zords. However there were 3 toys not featured from the show called Battle Bikes. However, everything else was pretty much from the show itself. I give the Mighty Morphin Season 1 toy line 4.5 out of 5.
Next was Mighty Morphin Season 2. This line introduced the Auto-Morphin figures, new zords, new weapons and more. However, there were more allen figures then Ranger figures and the Power Blaster wasn't brought up till this point. I give Mighty Morphin Season 2 toy line 4 out of 5.
The next toy line was Mighty Morphin Season 3. This was released along with a special movie toy line. This featured talking Rangers, a talking Lord Zedd, and more monsters. They also released figures of the Allen Rangers and Battle Borgs. They didn't release the Allen Rangers weapons sadly. I give Mighty Morphin Season 3 toy line a 4 out of 5.
Net up was Power Rangers Zeo. Everything was new this time plus some stuff from the old days including re-issues of the Mighty Morphin Green and White Rangers. Lack of vehicles though. However it's still a good needle in a haystack. Zeo toy line gets 3.5 out of 5.
Next was Power Rangers Turbo. They went all out on this thing from gear, zords, vehicles and especially figures. They were about 47 figures released during this time period. This also introduced trading cards into the line. Turbo toy line shifts into a rating of 4 out of 5.
Then there was Power Rangers In Space. Once again this was an accurate toy line and started to bring back "toy-only toys". They even released three Rangers with real life astronauts figures. Space toy line rockets a 4.5 out of 5.
Then there was Power Rangers Lost Galaxy. This toy line was OK except for one thing. They re-released to many toys! It was kinda bad and good but still I mean come on. With that being said, Lost Galaxy toy line gets a 3.5 out of 5.
Then there was Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, my first PR season that got me attached. This toy line is awesome and better designed then Lost Galaxy. The mega battle versions of the figures came with special CD-Roms called Datazords. Lightspeed Rescue gets 4 out of 5.
Next up was Power Rangers Time Force. This toy line was awesome. Everything was designed good, and it was a totally good buy. However they never released the Electro Booster or the Transwarp Megazord overseas. But no matter. Time Force makes it at 4.5 out of 5.
The last Saban era toy line (before 2011) was Power Rangers Wild Force. This was once again a good toy line and was the last to have some detail. This was also the last one to have a remote-controled zord. However, there was a lot missing from this line. Wild Force toy line roars at a rating of 4 out of 5.
I'm not even going to say it. This line blew. They could have just re-released the toyline instead of making a totally new one. That's Disney's take on a Saban season I guess. Thank god he has gotten the rights back and they don't sell it anymore. I give it a 1 out of 5.
As for Power Rangers Samurai. I give it a 3 out of 5. Better quality used and who knows, they might even be fun toys.
That does it for Day 3. Day 4 will conclude Toy Week with a special surprise.
