Power Rangers In Space-Episode 40-The Impenetrable Web

A bit of a weak episode. It was alright, but I expected it to be a little bit better. The acting was still good, but the action could have been better and the destruction of the Delta Megaship was very short. (Since this was a German DVD rip, at times I heard the German voices actors whenever they grunted.)

Next week-
I'm not so sure, but I hope the episode I choose will be "timely".

Power Rangers Wild Force-Episode 26-The Master's Last Stand

For an episode that didn't have a single second of Sentai footage, it was awesome! The action was great, the acting was great and the effects looked real (as do all of the other Original Saban seasons)

Power Rangers Samurai-Episode 22-Christmas Together, Friends Forever

Another clip show, but unlike "Party Monsters" a clip show done well. I liked how each person got their own portion and the story was very very well put together. Antonio not being there REALLY screwed things up.

4/5

Next Week-The Master's Last Stand

Power Rangers Samurai-Episodes ?? And ??-Clash Of The Red Rangers Part 1 And Part 2

Yet aired out of order AGAIN!!!!

Still it was a great episode. The acting improved, the story was well set up and the plot was amazing. However, Antonio not being there was kinda stupid and well.....yeah. Still I loved it. Probably the highlight of the season.

Power Rangers Lighspeed Rescue-Season 8-Episode 21-The Fifth Crystal

Good, but not great

Had some great character development for Kelsey, but it was a little rushed.

Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue-Episode 20-The Omega Project

A bit better then 'The Queen's Return", but it needed to be 2 parts. Just sayin'. It was a good plot, but it really needed to be 2 parts.

Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue-Episode 19-The Queen's Return

It was a good episode, but not a great episode.

Sure it was a good battle, but it felt a little bit rushed and needed more expansion. Maybe a 2 parter or something like that.

The Once Used "Impostra"

(RangerArchive)

You remember this monster right? No? Well here's a little backstory. This is Impostra. She appeared in the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode "Orion Returns" The 6th episode of The Magna Defender Saga. Her purpose was that Trakeena chose her to impersonate Trecheron to steal The Lights Of Orion from the MOTD (Monster Of The Day). She failed of course and said "She will be back.".....however, she was never seen again. My theory on what happened to her was that Trakeena probably destroyed her for failing her. Personally, I thought she would have made a decent general.......for a certain amount of episodes. She could have probably teamed up with Deviot in his plot to destroy Trakeena and would probably get destroyed by Deviot in the episode "Grunchor On The Loose". Just a thought. What do you guys think?

Power Rangers Samurai-Episodes "18", 1 and 2

The Ultimate Duel:
Not that ULTIMATE. It was OK, a bit better then the last episode, but it needed a little bit more story. Also, was Kevin's stupid line at the end really necessary? NO!!!!! However, in the words of Linkara, I'm sure Deker will neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever bother anyone again. :]
3/5

Origins Part 1:
FINALLY, THE REAL FIRST EPISODE. However, it was stupid, it was rushed and we didn't know anything about the characters except what they like to do for fun. Seriously.
2/5

Origins Part 2:
A little bit of a better episode, but it doesn't deserve a Part 2. The Rangers' plot didn't make any sense at all. However, it was funny with Bulk and Spike. XD
2.5/5

Tomorrow:
The Halloween Special: Party Monsters.........which is just a clip show.....Darn.

Power Rangers Samurai Episode "17"-Broken Dreams

Coming back to new episodes, this episode was.....OK.

It had some really good bits and originally, (like Deker and Dayu's backstory), but it was just missing something. However, Samurai Bulk was hilarious and the last scene was a good setup for the next episode.

Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue-Season 8-Episode 17-Olympius Ascends

Now I HAVE seen this episode many times before, but this was the first time I've seen it in years and let me tell you it was just as good as when I saw it for the first time on FOX Kids.

What was great about this episode was that Olympius used the "pretend to be a Ranger" tacit to sneak into the Aquabase. Usually when villains are introduced in this show, they just show off to the Rangers and kick their butts. Olympius however already showed that he was too powerful for the Rangers in the first 5 minutes of his introduction and used that plan to sneak into their headquarters. Normally villains like him don't really have a major plan until their 2nd or 3rd episode. Sure there was Darkonda in "The Barllian Sting", but his introduction was a little bit slow in the beginning.

Power Rangers Zeo-Season 4-Episode 38-The Lore Of Auric

It was an OK episode, but alot was missing. Louie Kaboom was stupid as heck and the whole thing with Tayna's missing parents didn't make any sense and Auric sounds as annoying as Ninjor.

Power Rangers Turbo-Season 5-Episode 23-The Phantom Phenomenon

Power Rangers SPD-Season 13-Episodes 26-27-SWAT Part 1 And Part 2

Ummmmm......it was OK.

The thing was that it felt like it was rushed and really awkward. The explosions in slow motion were good in some areas, but they over did it a little bit. (You can blame the producer for that) In my opinion, it should have been a saga like The Magna Defender saga (which was about 7 episodes long)

I give it a 2.5 out of 5. It really needed ALOT of improvement.

Next week, I will review the episode "The Rescue Mission". From what I have heard, it's something that you wouldn't expect PR to do.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers-S2-Episodes 1-3-The Mutiny

It was kinda weak. Not as weak as other season premieres, but still pretty weak. Lord Zedd should have done more and where the heck did Scorpina go? It was rushed I believed and what was more surprising is that when they said "fish", it sounded like another word we all know.

I give this a 3 out of 5. It was good in some areas, but not really. That's Power Rangers for ya I guess.

This Saturday, I will be watching the Power Rangers SPD 2 Parter "S.W.A.T". Check back in 2 weeks for a review.

Disney's Best Seasons

ALL RIGHT. Like I said before, this blog doesn't really focus on the Disney era. But I have to admit, there were 3 Disney seasons that they did pretty well on. And here they are. Pics come from Power Rangers Central

Dino Thunder-2004-38 Episodes

Now this was a good idea. Brining back Tommy was a pleasant surprise, the acting was pretty good and there were references to MMPR. The only problem was that I wished that they made the Triassic Ranger a different person instead of a power up for Conner.

S.P.D.-2005-38 Episodes

YES! YES! YES! This season was the best out of all the Disney Seasons and it deserved to be. The acting was pretty good, the story was original and having Ron Wasserman (the composer for the show's music MMPR-PRIS) come back was AWESOME! This season was a very successful one so I've heard.

Mystic Force-2006-32 Episodes

It was OK, but not as good. It felt rushed and incomplete. Ron Wassermann was supposed to make the music, but only made a rock and rap demo theme. (the rock being the best). The music was pretty kick butt and the characters were entertaining. This was the last Disney season to be successful so I've heard.

Ever other Disney season was GARBAGE!
And the rest is history.

Power Rangers In Space-Episode 25-Always A Chance

This episode was good, but not as good as "Zhane's Destiny". The plot was kinda rushed and Adam overacted a little bit. One thing I noticed during the episode was when Adam morphed and told Carlos to leave, you could see his stunt actor through the visor. This was in because it was a restored episode take from the German DVD box set of the season. ABC Family it seems darkened the picture so that wasn't noticeable. How odd.

Next week I will begin "The Mutiny" 3 parter so I will report back in 3 weeks.

Power Rangers In Space-Episode 23-A Date With Danger

I give this classic a 4.5 out of 5.

Power Rangers Lost Galaxy-Episode 23-Memories Of Merinoi (?)

Power Rangers Samurai Episode "14"-Team Spirit, Episode "15" -The Tengen Gate and Episode "16"-Boxed In

TEAM SPIRIT:
EHHH...Better then that last episode, but not good enough. The plot was rushed and very odd. It was a good episode, but not good enough.
3 out of 5

THE TENGEN GATE:
THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! The episode was phenomenal. It felt like a mid-season finale and the ending was epic.
4.5 out of 5

BOXED IN:
Oh crud, a letdown from last week's. The episode was rushed in my opinion and the recycled Zord footage was stupid. It felt like I was watching an old MMPR episode again.
3.5 out of 5

So.......it seems we don't have a new episode next week. So that means I will pick a classic PR episode that I haven't seen before and review it.

Moments In PR History #1: Saban And Power Rangers

This Wednesday, May 12, 2011 was the 1 year anniversary of Saban Brands regaining Power Rangers from Disney for over $48 million. In this post, I will describe the good and the bad of the re acquirement. This is a new blog series I like to call.......................

MOMENTS
IN
POWER RANGERS
HISTORY!

#1:
SABAN AND POWER RANGERS

Pics come from their respectful owners. :]

I:
THE NEWS BROKE OUT
In May 2010, Haim Saban, creator of the Power Rangers franchise introduced a new company called "Saban Brands" which would buy out properties that have out stood the test of time. Who knew what brand that this company would acquire first?

We didn't expect this now did we? It was announced 6 days later that the company had re acquired Power Rangers from Disney for $48 million. Disney wanted to get rid of it anyway so they said "AHH WHAT THE HECK, WE WILL GIVE TO THE OWNER WHO KNOWS WHAT POWER RANGERS IS". But what was promised out of this acquirement? First was a new season that would debut on Nickelodeon in 2011 while reruns of Mighty Morphin-RPM would debut on Nicktoons later that year. The news were booming everywhere! On blogs, message boards, newspapers, it was even the TOP STORY on Cynopsis Kids the next day! WOW! The next step of business was to promote the brand and bring it to new heights.

II:
PROMOTION

The original 5 Rangers appeared at the San Diego Comic Con and gave away free DVDs of the first episode with some information about reruns.

It was reveled that reruns would start on Nicktoons in October. The same month that Comic Con happened, it was announced that Marvista Entertainment would handle the rights to Power Rangers worldwide. The website was re launched and soon, a Twitter and Facebook page was created. Then October 2010 came and you would not believe what happened next.

III:
SHATTERED HOPES
AND MORE PROMOTION

Well, it's October, so where are the reruns? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!!!!!! Nickelodeon decided to be stupid and just be lazy about it. Darn!!!! However, it was announced that the new season would be known as "Power Rangers Samurai"

Promoting this new generation of Power Rangers was a piece of cake. The 5 new Rangers appeared in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and trailers of the show aired on Nick and kids are as hyped as heck!
Now let's see what happened when the show debuted.

IV:
SABAN + POWER RANGERS = COMEBACK!

On February 7th 2011, the new season debuted on Nickelodeon.....STARTING WITH THE THIRD EPISODE! THAT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE IN POWER RANGERS HISTORY!!!!! Oh well, the first two will air soon. There was some production issues with it but what the heck, you have to work with what you have. Anyway, the episode during it's premiere week got watched by 16.8 million
viewers. WOW! From that point, new episodes would debut on Sundays at noon. (Really?) This didn't work however as the Sunday premieres got only about 2 million per episode while the reruns on Saturdays got about 3 million per episode. After 3 months of good Saturday ratings, Nick decided to move new ones to Saturdays. And it worked! The episode "Unexpected Arrival" got a butt kickin 4.6 million viewers making the show it's current series' high. Now the show is currently the #1 kids action show in the USA and the ratings continue to grow. Talk about a comeback!

EPILOGUE:
WHAT'S NEXT?

The future is bright. The reruns of the 700 episodes will begin later this year on Nicktoons and the first two episodes will air soon. We were also promised a video game and MEGA Bloks toys in Spring 2012. (Late?) To tell you the truth, I like Samurai so far. It might be a carbon copy of Shinkenger, (I have not seen it, I hear of fans talk about it) but they are better written. The music is good, most of the plots are good and not as goofy, the acting is mixed (Like with every other PR season) and we have two PR veterans on the show. (Paul Schrier as "Uncle" Bulk and Rick Medina as Decker). Good job Saban. Keep up the good work.

Power Rangers Samurai Episode "12"-Room For One More

Better then the last episode and we got to know Antonio a little bit more. The episode was very understanding and wasn't rushed through. The monster having two puns wasn't bad but it was better then the early monsters had. It was also funny when Antonio couldn't find a place to stand so he was at the end and just knocked two barrels down. XD Overall, great episode and it seems that Nick won't be putting Spongebob on after it. So during an epic or depressing scene, he won't laugh or run around like an idiot at the bottom of the screen, instead we will have Carly Shay smile when it says "UP NEXT iCarly". Now THAT'S a good show to put on after PR. I give this episode a 4.5 of 5.

Next Week-The Blue And The Gold.

Saturday, April 30, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai Episode"11"-Unexpected Arrival

Well, not THAT great of an episode. I liked the plot, but Kevin's lines were stupid and very negitive. Antonio CAN act, it's just the way his character is. (Better then Shinkenger's character for him.) It also seems that Saban thinks that an octopus and squid look the same. And no! I don't think there is a gay relationship between Jayden and Antonio. Think about Andros and Zhane's friendship. That is what their relationship is. Overall, 3.5 of 5.

SAMURAI MOVED TO SATURDAYS

According to the Power Rangees official Facebook page and it's home page on Nick.com, it seems that due to increasing ratings, new episodes of PRSamurai will air on Saturdays at noon starting this Saturday with the episode "Unexpected Arrival" with reruns now being on Sundays instead. GO GO POWER RANGERS. Now all we need are classic episodes and the first 2 episodes. At least they realized their mistake.

Saturday, April 23, 2011

SCHEDULE CHANGE!

The "11th" episode of Samurai "Unexpected Arrival" which features the debut of Antonio the Gold Ranger will air on SATURDAY APRIL 30TH at noon instead of Sunday, May 1st. Nick might have gotten the message.

Power Rangers Samurai Episode "10"-Jayden's Challange

Again, another classic Saban move, but it could have been longer in my opinion. The Bulk and Spike scenes were short and simple and it was cool to see Decker fight Xandred. The music was another good choice, however the music at the last scene felt like a "TO BE CONTINUED" score. Other then that, great lead up to the last episode.

Next week-"UNEXPECTED ARRIVAL": THE DEBUT OF ANTONIO: OUR GOLD RANGER.

Saturday, April 16, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai Episode "9"- Test Of The Leader

HMMMM. This one is hard........NOT!!!!!
This episode was a classic Saban move. Insta morphs, explosions behind people and epic triple fights! Decker's role was very small, but.helped the episode. Spike in love with Mia was funny. Overall, this episode was awesome.

Next week-Jayden's Challange-Part 2

Sunday, April 10, 2011

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers S1 Episode 30-Calamity Kimberly

First time seeing the episode. It was all right. The plot was good and it was cool. However, the Battle Bikes in the episode was confusing. I give this episode a 3/5. Good but not so good.

Next week....Samurai Episode "9": Test Of The Leader: Part 1.

Sunday, April 3, 2011

Other Saban Shows That Did Not Succeed

These are the other Saban shows which lasted only about 1 or 2 seasons and got taken over by Power Rangers. Pics come from Toku Central.

1994-1996
2 Seasons
92 Episodes
As a kid, I thought it was interesting, but to tell you the truth it wasn't that great of a show. Funny thing is that the Japanese footage that this was taken from was older then "Zyuranger" (the Sentai that adapted MMPR). After it ended, the actress who played Kaitlin (Sarah Brown) got a job on ABC's General Hospital.

1995-1996
1 Season
40 Episodes

I have never seen this show (and never will). It was actually introduced in the MMPR Season 2 finale "A Friend In Need". However, this material was also older then "Zyuranger". I remember that Jason Narvy (who played Skull) was the voice of a monster. This is based of the "Karman Rider" franchise in Japan and after this NOTHING was adapted from this again until 2009 when the show "Karman Rider Dragon Knight" came out. It also failed not even showing the final 2 episodes.

1996-1998
2 Seasons
88 Episodes

UMMMM......This was a really bad show. The acting was good, but the plots were pointless. I've only seen about I don't know like 4 or 5 episodes. I wanted them to have a team-up with Power Rangers, but that never happened. It only happened in a book with the Turbo Rangers. Jo's actress  was changed mid-way through the 1st season and the show took over PR's ratings for a short time. For some reason in the fall of 1998 after the show was cancelled, Bandai made a toyline called "Bettleborgs B Force" which combined the two.

1998-1999
1 Season
50 Episodes

This show I have never seen ether. It was the first Saban show to have original footage and even THAT was unsuccessful. Nuff said.

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 8-Forest For The Trees

OK. But not great. Mike got some more character development, Saban Brands have learned that monster's puns are not good and the acting was the same. Decker's getting interesting but they are not showing enough of the main villains. It really doesn't help any. We better get some American original episodes soon. Just adapting from Shinkenger is a good idea, but it doesn't help at some points. Sometimes the plots to Shinkenger are just silly. I just can't wait for Decker and Jayden's fight.

Since there was no new episode today due to the rerun of last night's KCAs (which by the way was awesome.) I will just watch the classic MMPR episode "Calamity Kimberly" (my first time seeing the episode).

New episodes resume next Sunday with Episode "9": "Test Of The Leader"

Sunday, March 27, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 7-I Got A Spell On Blue

HMMM...This episode was OK in terms of plot. The monster was doing more fighting then fighting + talking and Mia has improved on her acting. Kevin is just so boring and not enjoyable. My favorite two parts of this episode was the following
1) Decker's human form (he looks the same but with a beard.)
2)It was AWSOME when Kevin strikes the three and they were thrown back with the explosion. CLASSIC SABAN

Next Sunday: Forest For The Trees

Schedule Change!

The "8th" episode of PRSamurai has been moved from April 10th to THIS Sunday March 27th. Here's what's to come

4/3: Nothing new due to KCAs
4/10: Test Of The Leader

Power Rangers Samurai-Episode 6: There Goes The Brides

Best episode yet! The acting was so-so, the plot was easy to follow, and there were NO MONSTERS. FINALLY WE GOT TO HEAR MORE HI-YAHS! Decker's getting interesting. Spike is starting to get on my nerves!

Next week: Episode 7: I Got A Spell On Blue.

Sunday, March 13, 2011

EPIC!

I know it's late, but it's cool. IN YOUR FACE MARVEL AND DC SUPERHEROES!

Just To Share With You Guys

This would be a good storyline if Saban Brands decide to not have the Goseiger suits, but the zords. This was a rumor started on Facebook. It reveals a battle between the Samurai rangers and the Dark Samurai ranger. It looks pretty cool and would be a good way to introduce the 6th Ranger zords. i also like the name "Edge Of Darkness". It reminds me of "Curse Of The Wolf". It would be a great idea. Wouldn't it be?

Pic from Facebook

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 5: Fish Out Of Water

A focus episode on Kevin? Not really interesting. We got a new zord and it was very boring. (In my opinion) We now know that Mentor has his own Samuraizer which is gold....HMMMMMM! We all know though what our favorite part was...Decker's entrance! (who's voiced by Cole from Wild Force) That last scene was probibly the closest to retro Saban they could get. WELL DONE SABAN BRANDS. So far, the fillers I like. The characters develop a little bit each episode.

Next week: Episode 6: There Goes The Brides

Here's the scene from the episode via PRSamuraiCast on YouTube:

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 4: Sticks And Stones

As the episode is titled, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words may never hurt me." It was a really a great episode and Jadyen and Emily's acting has improved a lot! But Kevin and Mia need to step it up. Another thing is that the monsters NEED TO SHUT UP DURING BATTLES!! We don't hear enough of their hi-yahs! Overall great episode. Congrats to PRSamurai being the nation's #1 kids action show!

Next week: Episode 5: "Fish Out Of Water".

Sunday, February 27, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 3: Day Off

This episode was really good.
The acting has improved 100 fold. The message was good, the new BettleZord and the cotten candy was a great reference to MMPR.

Next Sunday, I will review Sticks And Stones.

Tuesday, February 22, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai's First Two Weeks Were GO-GOing

On this morning's Cynopsis Kids, we got this little message from Saban Brands:
16.8 Million People Watched Saban's Power Rangers Samurai™ In Week One!
#1 With Kids In Its Time Period!
17% Ratings Increase In Week Two!
Wow! That was completely out of left field.

Monday, February 21, 2011

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 2: Deal With A Nighlok

This episode was better then the first. The acting was improved, the plot made sense and it was fun to watch. It also had more ratings then Spongebob did in the last hour when it aired. It got about 3.115 million viewers. It was pretty sweet. For this, I don't have much to say about it.

I will be back next Monday to talk about Episode "3".

Power Rangers Samurai Episode 1: The Team Unites Review

How can I put this in a good way? BEST WORK IN 8 YEARS. Sure some of you are saying the acting was bad and it wasn't the premiere but it was good for what we got. I liked the whole concept of the episode and Bulk being involved again. What I also liked was the cold open and the freeze frame at the end. The only thing about the episode I didn't like was the number of puns that the monster used. Just way to much. For the "premiere" episode, I give it a 3 out of 5. However, it was announced at the special showing in Los Angles yesterday that a origins episode will be aired soon.

Didn't catch the debut. No worries, you have the chance to catch it again for the next 5 days

Tonight at 6:30 PM: Nickelodeon
Tomorrow at 7:00 AM: Nickelodeon
Thursday at 3:00 PM: Nickelodeon

Don't miss the next "new" episode of Power Rangers Samurai this Sunday at 12:00 PM on Nickelodeon.

Episode Week Day 4: Best Mutliparters

Pics come from Power Rangers Central.

1: Green With Evil Parts 1-5 (MMPR Season 1: 1993-1994)

Probably the best one and the longest. It was a good transition from bad to good and great battle sequences.
Loved it.

2: Dark Spector's Revenge Part 1 And 2 (PRIS Season 6: 1998)

Great great and great. Turning Astronema and Ecliptor from good to bad was pure genius. The episode title should have been different though.

3: Passing The Torch Part 1 And Part 2 (PRT Season 5: 1997)

Good transition from the old to new. Better then The Power Transfer for sure. It should have ended in the first half instead of the start of the 2nd half.

4: Clash For Control Part 1 And 2 (PRTF Season 9: 2001)

Good, but not great. Shouldn't have been a 2-parter, but it worked. The fighting between 2 of a color was a pretty nice touch.

5: The Lost Galactabeasts Part 1 And Part 2 (PRLG Season 7: 1999)

OK. It was weird having the Blue and Green be controlled and attacking each other. I didn't see the sense in that.

6: From Deep In The Shadows/Truth Discovered (PRLR Season 8: 2000)

It wasn't a 2 parter, but it should have been. The introduction to the Titanium Ranger was pretty sweet. I didn't like the monster having a very little appearance at the end.

7: The Master's Herald Part 1 And Part 2 (PRWF Season 10: 2002)

Should not have been a 2 parter. I mean come on. I understand the whole Master Org returning thing, but the ninja Org was pointless. He reminded me of Darkonda.

8: Where In The World Is Zeo Ranger 5?/King For A Day Part 1 And Part 2 (PRZ Season 4: 1996)

Should have been 3 parts. Bulk and Skull fighting the Cogs was pretty cool and funny though. It didn't make any sense though with Gasket.

9: Changing Of The Zords Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (MMPR Season 3: 1995-1996)

Good. But Kat should have become the new Pink Ranger in this one. And the Falconzord being captured was pretty messed up.

10: Storybook Rangers Part 1 And Part 2 (MMPR Season 2: 1994-1995)

Should have been one single episode. Nuff said.

Episode week comes to a close. Thanks for the support.

Episode Week Day 3: Best Teamups

Since there was only 7 in the Saban Era, here's my top 7. Pics come from Power Rangers Central.

1: Forever Red (PRWF Season 10: 2002)

This was an epic anniversary episode. It had all of the Saban Era Red Rangers and great battle sequences. However, it would have bee nice to see Aurico unmorphed.

2: Reinforcements From The Future Part 1 And Part 2 (PRWF Season 10: 2002)

This was a good one. It was ALL-AMERICAN and it had ALL AMERICAN FOOTAGE. Merrick wasn't seen in this one so much.

3: To The Tenth Power (PRLG Season 7: 1999)

This was another good one....except it should have been more planned out. It would have been nice to see Zhane in this one or even an evil Physco Silver.

4: Time For Lightspeed (PRTF: Season 9: 2001)

OK, But not that well done. How was Vypra burried? Why didn't Ryan apper till the end and why did they have those stupid Demon Zombies instead of attack Cyclobots?

5: Trakeena's Revenge Part 1 And Part 2 (PRLR Season 8: 2000)

Bad, Bad and oh yeah: BAD! Trakeena was played by a different person, Leo had another voice when he was morphed and the Lost Galaxy Rangers are hardly in it.

6: Rangers Of Two Worlds Part 1 And Part 2 (PRZ Season 4: 1996)

Horrible! This wasn't necessarily a team-up. More of a special guest if you will. I didn't get the point in this.

7: Shell Shocked (PRIS Season 6: 1998)

This was REALLY HORRIBLE! It wasn't even a teamup. It was bad and the show was only around for a year. So why did they bother making a team up for a show that failed?

The other teamup-ish episodes were True Blue To The Rescue and Always A Chance from In Space. But they only had one person each. So I don't call them teamups.

Bulk Is Back!

Yesterday, an IGN article reveled that Bulk will return to PRSamurai when it debuts this Monday. Here's a little video that they released. This video was uploaded on YouTube:

And this was released today Via Power Rangers: Official YouTube Channel:

And this was also released today on an Entertainment Weekly article which has a little 20 second video.

Only 6 more days till the new era begins.

Episode Week Day 2: Best Finales

1: Countdown To Destruction Part 1 And Part 2 (PRIS Season 6: 1998)

This was epic. It featured all of the past villains and an epic battle. The scene where the villains changed good at the end was well thought.

2: The End Of Time Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (PRTF Season 9: 2001)

This was based of the Japanese finale. But it was better written. It really tied everything together and all the villains stayed till the final part.

3: Journey's End Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (PRLG Season 7: 1999)

This was really interesting. But weird at the same time. The villains had to be destroyed one at a time and Trakeena was the last one standing. It featured to much explosions and a lot of sparks.

4: The End Of The Power Rangers Part 1 And Part 2 (PRWF Season 10: 2002)

This was the series finale to the Saban era (or so we thought). It was good, but MOST of the characters were pretty slant and I felt that Jinerax and Toxica should have stayed for this helping the Rangers out.

5: The Fate Of Lightspeed Part 1 And Part 2 (PRLR Season 8: 2000)

This was OK. But it was kinda boring. When I say that, I felt that Carter and Ryan should have been in Part 2 more. I'm surprised they left this uncut after 9/11.

(This is from RangerCrew.)

6: Chase Into Space Part 1 And Part 2 (PRT Season 5: 1997)

This was pretty sad but not that well thought. The battle should have been longer then 10 minutes and the first commercial break should have been after the Power Chamber blew up. The whole NASA thing was pointless.

(This is from Ranger Archive)

7: Hogday Afternoon Part 1 And Part 2 (MMPR Season 3 1995-1996)

Wasn't that well of a finale and the explosion of the Command Center was bad. Adam's expression when it blew up was pretty stupid.

8: A Friend In Need Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (MMPR Season 2: 1994-1995)

Wasn't that necessary. Probably the worst mutli-parter in the MMPR saga. It was used for the Season 3 premiere and was used to introduce Masked Rider which failed ultimately.

9: Hawaii Zeo/As Good As Gold (PRZ Season 4: 1996)

Not really a finale, but it would have been cool to see one. The whole thing with them growing to fight Mondo was weird and why didn't they wait till the Turbo movie for Ernie to leave? It was weird.

10: Mighty Morphin Mutants/An Oyster Stew (MMPR Season 1: 1993-1994)

These were just two filler episodes. It would have been nice to see a 2-parter when Rita was going to be put into space. But they waited till Season 2 to do so.

Episode Week Day 1: Best Premieres

1: Day Of The Dumpster (MMPR Season 1: 1993-1994)

Obvious choice. This was what started it all. It brought all the elements together and got kids pumped up kicking and punching stuff.

2: From Out Of Nowhere Part 1 And Part 2 (PRIS Season 6: 1998)

Really good choice in writing and acting. It picked up from where Turbo left off and had funny moments with the past villains.

3: Force From The Future Part 1 And Part 2 (PRTF Season 9: 2001)

Good acting and writing. The one thing that was interesting was that we got to see a Ranger go down in battle with the main enemy BEFORE the finale.

4: The Mutiny Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (MMPR Season 2: 1994-1995)

Great transition from Rita to Zedd. However, I didn't get the whole ATV thing. It was kinda of uncommon.

5: Operation Lightspeed (PRLR Season 8: 2000)

Great episode. Great base. Great morphs. Great Hummer (WANT IT SO BAD). However, we know very little about the villains.

6: Lion Heart (PRWF Season 10: 2002)

Good but not great. Bad acting from only two people but it didn't tell much of the season's plot and theme.

7: Quasar Quest Part 1 And 2 (PRLG Season 7: 1999)

This was really weird. Bad acting from everyone. (Maybe it's me or it's because their characters weren't developing yet.)

8: Shift Into Turbo Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 (PRT Season 5: 1997)

Not really a premiere, more of a filler 3-parter and Carol Hoyt as Divatox really didn't help it much at all. Nether did Porto.

9: A Zeo Beginning Part 1 And Part 2 (PRZ: Season 4: 1996)

Another cliffhanger premiere. But it wasn't a really good fight. Plus them morphing when they were ALREADY in the suit was kinda stupid.

10: Ninja Quest Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 And Part 4 (MMPR Season 3: 1995-1996)

This was horrible. It was at DIFFERENT storyline then the movie and Ninjor was a loon and a Dudley Do Right wannabe. It wasn't even the season premiere.
